"Juvenile Delinquent Center" are the first words that appear on this week's episode of "The Lying Game." Sutton is still behind bars as she attempts to tell the truth about being Emma's twin, which, of course, no one believes. The scene then jumps back to Sutton's mansion where her parents are discussing leaving the kids at home for a little getaway in Sadona. After a little persuasion and charm, the mother agrees to go for a night out. The girls get the news with the typical no booze, no boys, and no partying.
While her parents get ready to leave them, Emma is still dealing with her sleazy brother Travis. He wants to come into Sutton's house and steal whatever he desired, but Emma refuses. Instead, she gave him some jewelry right out of Sutton's jewelry box. Travis takes the jewelry, but isn't satisfied. He grabs Emma and springs a kiss on her which is spotted by her possible boyfriend Ethan. Talk about trouble.
There is another whole leap of trouble when the camera turns to Sutton's friend's dad, Alec. Alec is on the phone with Emma and Sutton's birth mother, Anne. Apparently, she believed Sutton about Emma because she is fussing at him for lying to her about Emma's death. Alec swears to her that Emma is indeed dead and that Sutton is a schizophrenic. Anne is still not convinced and hangs up the phone and escapes the psychiatric home.
The parents are away and the fun begins, while Ethan tries to get some answers out of Emma as the gang sits around playing a drunk version of the game "Never Have I Ever." The group takes turns saying things that they haven't done before, while anyone who has done this takes a drink. When it comes to Ethan's turn, he says, "Never have I ever kissed anyone in the past 24 hours." A few of them drink and all of a sudden, Emma plants a big smooch right on his lips. Ethan is not impressed, jumps up and says that he needs to leave. Emma urges him to stay and helps him clean up when really we find out that the drunken Emma just wants some sexual time with him. Ethan tells her that she is simply drunk and that he should go to bed. She attempts to do just that when Travis comes back ragged at the fact that the jewelry was costume jewelry. Emma attempts to get him some more, but that isn't going to cut it this time. He goes after Emma then Ethan saves the day with a punch that knocks him off his feet.
The next day, Ethan sends Travis on his way with no jewelry and no memory of anything inappropriate with Emma. Meanwhile, Sutton had been finishing up her letter to her parents explaining everything about her and Emma switching places. Then all of a sudden, she gets an anonymous bail post and gets picked up by a new character, Lexi, who is Emma's best friend. They drive off towards Vegas while being watched by Alec. What is he watching for and where is Sutton going to end up now? Tune in next week to ABC Family to see.
