Dr. Pierson
Who is that guy that you are getting all of those informative emails from? Well students, that is Dr. Tim Pierson, who is the vice president for student affairs and also advises the Student Government Association. He always has the latest Longwood news, gives great advice and never fails to make students laugh with a good joke.
Mrs. Betty
I always look forward to getting hungry, because I get to see Mrs. Betty’s smiling face when swiping my Lancer Card at D-Hall.
President W. Taylor Reveley IV
THE BIG MAN ON CAMPUS (literally). He is our president, he is tall and he is an active figure that you will see. Get to know his face, as he comes to many events on campus, eats lunch with students and always manages to put a smile on you face.
Jonathan Page
Jonathan Page is the director for citizen leadership and social justice education. He is a big player around campus when it comes to social justice, diversity, inclusion and equality. With his great wisdom and calming, yet empowering voice, he is a great outlet for students who want to positively influence the social and academic development of students of all kinds.
Constance Garner
Constance is the Student Government Association president. She is the student sitting at the head of the table every Tuesday at 3:45 p.m. in the Student Union ABC rooms and acts as a very important voice of the student body. When D-Hall is not having the food you want, or when the FAB schedule needs a little tweeking, along with the other SGA senators, Constance is the person to tell.
Susan Sullivan
Susan or “Sully” is the director of the university center and student activities. Basically, when it comes to student activities, Sully runs the place. She is actively seen around campus and in her office that is located on the top of the Lankford Student Union. Here you can go visit her if you have any questions about involvement, campus programming or if you just need a helping hand.
Wolfgang Acevedo
Wolfgang is the know-it-all of Greek Life. As the associate director for fraternity and sorority life he is always around campus or in his office open to answering all of your questions regarding Greek Life.
Jean Wilwohl
Stressed out about your roommate? Well, Jean Wilwohl is the go-to woman in that category. As the associate director for occupancy management, if you need a room change or have any questions about residential life, she will be there to answer along with the rest of the RCL staff.
Grant Avent
Grant is the director of food service on campus. He is the guy you need to know if you have any questions, problems or suggestions about the food and services everywhere on campus. Usually you will find him talking with students, or being very hands-on in D-Hall making sure everything is great for students.
Coach Jayson Gee
It is no secret that basketball is our biggest sport on campus, so it is definitely a plus to know the head coach of the team. Coach Gee is seen everywhere from the court, to speaking with students on Brock Commons all the way serving students at Midnight Breakfast.
