High wooden ceilings and a classic, rustic interior make up Charley’s Waterfront Cafe, a restaurant tucked away and hidden off of Farmville’s Main Street.
Though affectionately called a “cafe,” Charley’s Waterfront is so much more than that.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with an array of desserts catered by Farmville’s very own Mill Street Sweets Bakery.
Charley’s also offers live music as entertainment to their patrons and daily specials to cater to everyone who has the pleasure of stepping inside.
Charley’s holds a significant place in many Farmville residents’ hearts because it embodies the history and nature of the Town of Farmville, complete with signs and decorations filling the inside.
Not only does the interior of Charley’s attract locals and new visitors, alike, but so does the breathtaking exterior and landscape of the restaurant. For this reason, customers can request to sit outside on the deck, overlooking one of Farmville’s rivers.
Complete with multiple levels of seating, Charley’s is a perfect spot to eat out with family and friends to simply enjoy and show them the beauty of Farmville while enjoying a meal.
Charley’s Waterfront Cafe is located at 201 Mill Street and closes at 10 p.m. every night and opens at 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
